If you subscribe Vbuzzer calling plan or phone number plan (“Plan”), outgoing calls to destination countries or regions specified in your Plan during any monthly billing cycle are subject to a fair usage limit. The fair usage limit is 2,500 minutes per month for any local calling plan of Canada phone number plan and 2,000 minutes per month for any other Plans.

Call between two Vbuzzer users does not count as usage of your Plan. If your subscription covers more than one country, the fair usage limit is the total minutes allowed per month on your account under that Plan.

Some of Plans may cover landline phone numbers only. Some of Plans may cover both mobile and landline phone numbers for certain countries or regions. No Plan covers any special, premium service, or non-geographic number. All phone numbers covered in the Plan are subject to the fair usage limit.

Once you exceed the fair usage limit for certain Plan in your monthly billing cycle, Vbuzzer will charge pay-as-you-go rates posted on our website (http://www.vbuzzer.com/rates/vbuzzer_rates.php) for any additional minutes used.

The Services are for individual use only. Any commercial use of the Services is forbidden and will result in immediate termination of Your Account at Vbuzzer’s sole discretion. Any usage patterns which are inconsistent with personal use (as determined solely by Vbuzzer) will be deemed commercial use. You agree to keep confidential the user ID, password(s) and all other personal access information associated with Your Account.

Vbuzzer reserves the right to change this fair usage policy at any time. Changes shall become effective within thirty (30) days of publication of the revised version of fair usage policy on our website (http://www.vbuzzer.com/fup.php). Your continued use of the services indicates your knowledge and acceptance of the amended fair usage policy. If you do not accept the amended fair usage policy, you must terminate your account in writing or by email by contacting our customer support team at , and termination will be effective as of the date on which the amended fair usage policy becomes effective.
